PURPOSE: To provide a training chair in which a back leaning frame and a seat frame are connected in flexible manner and full body excercises in bending and stretching of a reclining chair system and muscle trainings of a rowing system can be done simultaneously.

CONSTITUTION: A back leaning frame 1 and a seat frame 2 are covered with a canvas 16 which is cut away in a semi-circular shape around first pivotally connected portions 8. A spring unit 5 is composed of a plurality of expansible springs 17 provided in parallel, and support members 18 are mounted on both ends of each of the springs 17. A belt 20 is mounted on the front support member 18 in parallel to the springs 17, and a rod-shaped handle 4 is mounted on the proximal end of the belt 20 in insertable and extractable manner. Foot holds 21 each having a circular section are mounted on both sides on the front part of the foot tool 6.
