Numerals are arranged and displayed in the order of moving the eyeball on a display part of a display board 13. A hollow-out part is provided in the central part and a video camera 11 for photographing the training status is installed in the rear. A trainee 14 reads the numerals in order with the eyeballs following them, so that during training, the eyes, face and a part of the body are moved in the following direction. After that, an image record medium of the video camera 11 is reproduced in a reproducing device, a reproduced dynamic image is taken, each one point of the eye, face and body are specified as a fixed point, and then image analyzing process is carried out to record data obtained by quantitatively analyzing the respective movements of the eye, face and body. Computing is performed to output and create the result in the form easy to evaluate and judge according to the training status, and the result is recorded.
