Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a training device capable of adjusting load on a motile organ without requiring an assistant by mounting a safety belt to a joint mechanism attached on a safety cable and mounting an elastic member on the safety cable and setting the same on a supporting structure member bridged over the head. CONSTITUTION: A safety belt 1 is mounted on a joint mechanism 3 attached on a safety cable 4 and the safety cable 4 is connected to a support structure member 5 bridged over the head. A guide 7 in the direction crossing the support structure member 5 is made movable along longitudinal guides 6, 6', a link 8 connecting to the safety cable movable along the guide 7 is fitted, and an elastic member 9 is attached to the safety cable 4. Further, the guide 7 is connected to guides 6, 6' by links 10, 10' movably attached respectively along the guides 6, 6', and links 10, 10' are connected to the end part of the guide 7 respectively. Thus free exercise can be provided for a patient without requiring an assistant.
