PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training device and a training system which allow simulation training simulating actual disaster scenes including a scene where houses or buildings are collapsed by an earthquake and can reproduce all the collapse scenes in spite of its simple structure.SOLUTION: A training device 10 includes: a table 11; a first cylinder device 20, a second cylinder device 30, and a third cylinder device 40 for lifting or lowering the table 11; and a first connector 25, a second connector 35, and a third connector 45 for connecting the table 11 and the first cylinder device 20, for example, to each other, the first connector 25 being located in the center of a side 12 in the depth direction D of the table, the second connector 35 being located in an end of a side 13 of the table 11, and the third connector 45 being located in the other end of the side 13 of the table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
