PURPOSE: To develop power of concentration by arranging a power supply which has numerous light emitting bodies disposed in straight or curved lines on a base plate and flashing devices adapted to make the light emitting bodies flash alternately at odd and even positions, a light sensor timer adapted to turn ON the power supply for a specified time with the irradiation of light and a melody light emitter.

CONSTITUTION: A writing device holder is turned upward to keep a cover body covering a light sensor 15 open. Under such a condition, when a base body is irradiated with light, the light sensor 15 is activated and a timer circuit 16 is turned ON only for a specified time to actuate a melody generator 13, causing a melody to sound. At the same time, for example, among eight bulbs 3 as light emitting bodies, the bulb 3a at the odd position and the bulb 3b at the even position are flashed alternately. In application, a user gazes at the bulbs 3a and 3b flashing and tries to concentrate his mind so that he can see the flashing quickly being shifted clockwise or counterclockwise, from top to bottom and from bottom to top while listening to the melody from the melody generator 13.
