CONSTITUTION: When a transaction data taking-out opportunity detecting means M1 detects an opportunity of taking-out of transaction data in a processor E1, a taking-out means M4 refers to handling object relation information stored in a handling object relation information storage means M2 to take out transaction data stored in a transaction data storage means M3. Thereafter, a transmission means M6 transmits transaction data to a terminal equipment E2 determined by a terminal eguipment determining means M5. In the terminal equipment E2, transaction data transmitted by the transmission means M6 is received by a reception means M7 and is processed by a processing means M8.
