A store terminal 50 for reading in a bar code affixed to the merchandise to indicate the price of the merchandise reads in the bar code image indicating the identification information to notify it along with the price to the server 11. According to the notified identification information, the server 11 settles the merchandise purchase transaction of the price for the electronic prepaid money purchased by the user.
