Abstract:
To enable a customer to make a quick investment decision by forming a fair sales price and also performing picture display of board information, such as an order memo.
A user who participates in transactions accesses a server 30, that performs transaction processing via the Internet 20 by using a client terminal. The user performs authentication with a transaction system to make sure, who the user is and subsequently can access the server 30. The server 30 checks a selling order with a buying order and establishes a sales transaction. Fair sales price formation is made, by realizing sales contract processing that does not go through a market maker and allowing a customer to freely refer to a price formation process.
