Abstract:
To provide a transducer that can reduce the manufacturing cost and prevent discharge of VOC at the same time.SOLUTION: A transducer 1 includes: a conductive member 21; and an electrostatic sheet 23 provided in the surface normal direction of the conductive member 21. The electrostatic sheet 23 has a first electrode sheet 31 with a plurality of through-holes and a dielectric sheet 32. The first surface side of the dielectric sheet 32 is directly or indirectly connected to the first electrode sheet 31 by one of the fusion of the dielectric sheet 32 itself, the fusion of a first fusion material 33, different from the fusion of the dielectric sheet 32, and the engagement of the dielectric sheet 32. The second surface side of the dielectric sheet 32 is directly or indirectly connected to the conductive member 21 by one of the fusion of the dielectric sheet 32 itself and the fusion of the second fusion material 34, different from the fusion of the dielectric sheet 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
