In the sliced meat piece transfer device including a rotating body 6 receiving and transferring the sliced meat piece m sliced out of a slicer on its outer peripheral surface and the receiving member receiving the sliced meat piece m from the rotating body 6, a relay roller 7 with a smaller curvature radius than the curvature radius of the rotating body 6 at the end of transfer is arranged at the end so that the outer peripheral surface becomes lower than the upper surface of the outer periphery of the rotating body 6 and is rotated in the same direction as that of the rotating body 6 in a state brought close so that the gap against the outer peripheral surface of the rotating body 6 becomes the thickness of the sliced meat piece or less or in a state both the outer peripheral surfaces contact with each other, and the sliced meat piece m is transferred to the receiving member relaying from the rotating body 6.
