Abstract:

To provide a transfer device capable of rotating a workpiece conveyed from an upstream side process to a downstream side process by a prescribed rotation angle in a rotational movement type device configuration.SOLUTION: A transfer device 1 includes: a finger support section 3 which supports a finger 32 for gripping a workpiece W in an upstream side process P1 and releasing the workpiece W in a downstream side process P2; a rotation support section 4 which rotatably supports the finger support section 3; a turning driving section 5 which revolves the rotation support section 4 between the upstream side process P1 and the downstream side process P2; and a workpiece rotation section 6 which has a link member 61 extending from the finger support section 3 and a link support seat 65 rotatably provided at a position having an equal distance from the upstream side process P1 and the downstream side process P2 and supporting the link member 61 and rotates the finger support section 3 by a prescribed rotation angle accompanying revolution of the rotation support section 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
