To provide a transfer equipment which produces a negative pressure even when a high viscosity or high concentration principal material is transferred with a single-shaft eccentric screw pump or a volumetric pump, mixes a material difficult to transfer singly in the principal material and can stably and quantitatively transfer those as a multiphase flow.
The transfer equipment 1 is constituted by connecting a first single-shaft eccentric screw pump 2 and a second single-shaft eccentric screw pump 3 in series through piping 4. The screw pumps are controlled in such a way that the pumping amount of the second screw pump 3 located on the downstream side of the transfer direction is made larger than that of the first screw pump 2 located on the upper stream side of the transfer direction, whereby negative pressure is produced and the insides of the pump casing 3a of the second screw pump 3 and the piping 4 are made vacuum to suck a material S to be transferred.
