Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict the fracture of a drive medium, and to suppress a long stop of a transfer device after the prediction.CONSTITUTION: A signal is generated by monitoring the current flowing through the current path provided in the drive medium of the transfer device and detecting that the current drops below a prescribed value. When a signal is generated, the transfer device stops the movement of a movable part, stores the generation of the signal, displays or notifies the generation of the signal, and maintains the connection of a power supply and the current path. The transfer device redetects whether or not the current is a prescribed value or lower by receiving an abnormality reset signal from a worker, releases the signal when the current exceeds the prescribed value, and maintains the signal when the current is not higher than the prescribed value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
