Abstract:
To provide a transfer feeder facilitating maintenance, having a simple configuration, and capable of transferring a workpiece even when a pitch between arrangement positions between metal molds is not constant.SOLUTION: A transfer feeder 1 includes: a pair of feed bars 1a to be used for a transfer press device, and extending in a feed direction F; a feed drive part 11, a lift drive part and a clamp drive part for driving the feed bars 1a; a shift part 2 fitted to a plurality of fitting parts disposed at constant intervals in the feed bars 1a; and a workpiece holding part. The shift part 2 has a base part detachable from the fitting part, a direct-acting mechanism disposed in the base part, a table part fitted to the direct-acting mechanism, and a shift drive source for driving the direct-acting mechanism. The holding part is detachable from the table part, and the table part can be reciprocated in the feed direction F based on the drive of the direct-acting mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
