Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a transfer film that gives a transfer material that has excellent scratch resistance and is almost free from warpage due to hardening shrinkage.SOLUTION: On a support base material, a condensate, which is obtained by hydrolysis and condensation with an organo alkoxysilane having an epoxy structure-containing group represented by general formula (I) as an essential component, is hardened, so that it is possible to obtain a transfer film that has excellent hardness and less warpage while suppressing hardening shrinkage, and a transfer material thereof. In general formula (I): R-(SiR(OR)), Ris a C1-C10 alkyl group with a terminal substituted with an epoxy structure-containing group, Rindependently represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent hydrocarbon group selected from a C1-C10 alkyl group, a C6-C25 aryl group and a C7-C12 aralkyl group, and Rindependently represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-C10 alkyl group. a is an integer of 0-2).SELECTED DRAWING: None
