To provide a transfer implement which is used to transfer a transfer material to an object to which the transfer material is transferred through sequential feeding of a transfer tape by an operation to slide the transfer implement or the object, in such a state that the transfer tape for transferring the transfer material coated to a base, to the object such as paper, is pressed to the object by a transfer head and, which is equipped with an object receiving rest on which the object to be brought into contact with by the transfer head through the transfer tape, is placed, when the transfer material is transferred to the object, with such a contrivance that the transfer material for the transfer tape can hardly be transferred to the surface on which the object is placed, of the object receiving rest directly from the base.

The surface of the object receiving rest, on which at least the object is placed, is subjected to mold release treatment for reducing the wet tension to a smaller value compared with the wet tension of the base.
