PURPOSE: To provide a transfer loading deice wherein a box-shaped object can be surely transfer-loaded without considering control timing while the device can be manufactured at a low cost by a simple and small-sized constitution.

CONSTITUTION: A transfer loading device includes a rotary rod 12 turnably supported relating to a frame 11 to also provided a right hand screw part 12a in the periphery in one side and further a left hand screw part 12b in the periphery in the other side, pair of clamping arms 13, 14 of screwing respectively one ends to the right/left hand screw parts to further extend the other end substantially ion a direction at a right angle from this rotary rod and a driving means 15 for driving this rotary rod rotated, and a pair of these clamping arms are connected so that the arms can be integrally turned relating to this rotary rod and further can be moved to approach and separate to/form each other along the rotary rod.
