Title:
TRANSFER MARKING DEVICE OF ELECTRONIC PARTS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0351131
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate print misalignment by using one stop position of the rotating cycle of an index table as a position for charging electronic parts and the other stop position as a position for discharging the parts, and further using a uniformly moving position between the former two positions as a transfer marking position.

CONSTITUTION: When an electronic part is charged in a pot and also is discharged in a release chute 37 from the pot after transfer marking, a cycle which enables a rotation to be discontinued once is provided to an index table 7. Then the rotating motion from a stop position to another stop position is arranged so that its speed is accelerated, moderated and the motion stops. One of the stop positions is used as a position for charging an electronic part and another stop position apart from the charging position is used as a discharging position. That is, an output shaft 13 rotates with a constant cycle due to a worm gear 11a and a roller cam gear 11b both provided internally, if an input shaft 12a of a gear device 11 is rotated continuously by a motor. Thus print misalignment is prevented.
