Abstract:
An electrophotographic transfer paper, in which at least one surface of a base material containing pulp fiber has an image receiving surface comprising a coated layer containing pigment and adhesive and a basis weight according to JIS P-8124 is 40 g/m2 to 100 g/m2, is characterized in that when bending stiffness in a cross direction is defined as A mN.m, smoothness is defined as B sec and volume resistivity is defined as C Omegacm, A, B and C satisfy the following equation after seasoning the electrophotographic transfer paper in each of an environments of 10° C. and 15% RH and 23° C. and 50% RH: 1.0x10-2<=A/(logBxlogC)<=3.0x10-2, and an image forming method using the electrophotographic transfer paper as a toner image receiving body.
