To provide a transfer paper sheet for electrophotography excellent in the transferability of toner and having the excellent toner fixing property in spite of low density.
In the transfer paper sheet for electrophotography set so that the blend rate of recycled waste-pulp is ≥10% of the entire mass of a sheet and the density of the sheet is ≤0.7g/cm3, the standard deviation of the three-dimensional surface roughness of the front surface of the sheet is ≤4.5μm (desirably ≤4.0μm), and a difference of the standard deviation of the three-dimensional surface roughness between the front surface and the back surface of the sheet is ≤0.5μm, and desirably, minute fibers whose number average fiber length is ≤100μm are contained by ≥20% both in a paper layer being 15% of the outermost layer of the front surface of the sheet and in a paper layer being 15% of the outermost layer of the back surface of the sheet.
