Abstract:
To provide an overhead conveyance vehicle, a teaching unit, and a transfer position learning method of the overhead conveyance vehicle that can reduce the time required for teaching (learning a transfer position of an object to be conveyed to a transfer unit) to the overhead conveyance vehicle and can easily implement teaching to the overhead conveyance vehicle.SOLUTION: An overhead conveyance vehicle 10 conveys a hoop or the like along a traveling rail 92 and transfers them to a load port 94. An elevation unit 15 can elevate and lower a teaching unit 20. The teaching unit 20 includes a unit body 21, a teaching plate 31, a first distance meter 40, and other components. The teaching unit is configured to learn a transfer position of a hoop or the like to the load port 94 on the basis of a position of the teaching plate 31. The unit body 21 is capable of supporting the teaching plate 31. The unit body 21 releases its support for the teaching plate 31 when the teaching plate 31 is transferred to the load port 94.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
