PURPOSE: To provide a transfer press capable of discharging a work at a high speed.

CONSTITUTION: The transfer press is provided with a press 10 arranging plural dies in parallel and work holding arms arranged so as to face to the same interval as the parallel interval of the dies in a pair of feed bars 22 in extending parallel while holding the dies 13, 15 therebetween and provides transfer mechanism 20 for intermittently carrying the work to the adjacent die by executing box movement interlocking with the press to the feed bars. At the font part in the work carrying direction of the feed bars, plural pallets for accumulating the works are arranged in parallel and on the frame 11, an unloader 30 for shifting the work at the carrying end side to the pallet by the feed bars is provided. When the accumulated quantity of the works in a first pallet 62 becomes full, the accumulation of the works into the adjacent pallet is started with the unloader, and by replacing the pallet becoming full of the works to the empty pallet, the press line is operated at a high speed.
