PURPOSE: To enable working of a cup-shaped work by a simple structure, by converting movement of a feed bar in the direction of carrying a work into inversion movement of a finger in a transfer press.

CONSTITUTION: A work W to be press worked is attached to parallel feed bars 1, 1 of a transfer press with a finger 3. The feed bars 1 move to get near and away mutually as shown by arrow A, move vertically when the work W is attached to or detached from a press die as shown by arrow B, and reciprocate by one pitch in the direction of carrying the work W as shown by arrow C. A rack 7 that engages with a gear connected to the finger 3 is installed to allow free relative movement to the feed bars 1 to move in a body when the feed bars 1 move vertically and move to get near and away, and stop when the feed bars 1 move in the direction of carrying the work. Movement of the feed bars 1 is converted to inversion movement of the finger, and the work can be inverted smoothly.
