PURPOSE: To simplify the whole structure of the device, to minimize the possibility for trouble, and to enable an efficient transfer printing, by a method wherein a printing device, a porcelain set device, a transfer device and other devices are mounted separately from a running path of a conveyor.

CONSTITUTION: Transfer plates Q, Qa are located at adequate intervals on a chain conveyor P, a printing device R is mounted above an upper running path 1, and the porcelain set device S and the transfer detice T above a lower running path 2. The transfer plates Q and Qa are constituted such that an elastic sheet 4 for transfer is stretched on a square frame 3. The printing device R is provided with a printing screen 7, a squeegee 9 reciprocating oven an upper surface of the screen 7 through the medium of a cylinder 8, and a rest plate 11 which is properly raised and lowered. The porcelain setting device S consists of a supporter 14 detachably supporting a pan 13, and a moving stand 16 which horizontally and properly moves the supporter 14 over a fixed stand 15 and sets the pan 13 in a transfer position.
