Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer processing method which enables a transfer object substrate to be overlapped even when transfer processing is carried out at several times by suppressing static electricity with the same substrate (sheet or film).SOLUTION: A transfer processing method comprises (A) a process of coating a leaves substrate sheet 2 with an ultraviolet curable resin coating, (B) a process of feeding the coating on the substrate sheet 2 with a transportation belt 9 to a claw part 3 on a transportation roll 1 as the coating remains uncured to support and transport the substrate sheet 2 with an end clamped, (C) a process of sensing a start position of the substrate sheet 2 on the transportation roll 1 to subject the substrate sheet 2 to pressure-welding with a transfer material 4 fixed on the top frame of the transportation roll 1 by means of a transfer guide 5 equipped with press rolls 6, 6 forward and rearward on the transportation roll 1 side by aide, (D) a process of irradiating the transfer material 4 from above the substrate sheet 2 with the coating remaining uncured with ultraviolet rays while being pressure-welded with the transfer guide 5, and (E) a process of peeling the substrate sheet 2 with the coating cured off from the transfer material 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
