PURPOSE: To efficiently prepare a molded body provided with a pattern having high design effect and a three-dimensional feeling not obtained heretofore only by a transfer process by employing a laminated structure formed by providing a transparent layer having an appropriate thickness between the first and second pattern layers and further providing a concealing layer.

CONSTITUTION: This transfer sheet is provided with at least one or more structure wherein the first pattern layer 2, a transparent layer 3 and the second pattern layer 4 are laminated in this order. For example, a transfer sheet having constitution such that two or more pattern layers 9 each having the first and second pattern layers 2, 4 are liminated to both surfaces of the transparent layer or a transfer sheet having constitution wherein two or more transparent layers each having a picture pattern only on the single surface thereof are laminated also has a good three-dimensional feeling. A concealing layer is provided on the side of the second pattern layer 4 and conceals the non-pref. stock of a material to be transferred to which this transfer sheet is transferred and has effect embossing the pattern layers 2, 4 at the same time. Further, a transfer process can be facilitated by providing an adhesive layer 6 to this transfer sheet.
