Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow each slave station to measure an event detection time relatively and accurately.
SOLUTION: When each slave station (b) detects a lightening surge, a slave station side PN code generated in an LFSR 36 in this detection timing is latched by a latch circuit 50 and sent to a master station (a). A timewise correlation between the slave station side P code generated in the LFSR 36 and an input clock number to the LFSR 36 (linear feedback shift register) is stored in a ROM 51 in the master station (a). The master station (a) obtains an elapsed time from a reference timing till the detection timing of the lightening surge based on the correlation and further obtains the lightening surge detection time from the elapsed time.
