Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer system for a crusher capable of preventing abnormal abrasion and damage of crusher respective parts, without inputting foreign matter in the crusher, by properly operating respective conveyors for transferring a crushing object.SOLUTION: When detecting foreign matter mixed in a transferring crushing object 90 by a foreign matter detection part 50, when the foreign matter 91 is transferred to a second conveyor 30 from a first conveyor 20, a control part switches the second conveyor 30 to an inverse direction transfer state from a forward direction transfer state, and since the foreign matter on the second conveyor 30 can be discharged by keeping away from an input port 15 of a crusher, the foreign matter 91 is not required so as to be inputted in the input port 15 of the crusher from the second conveyor 30, and when the foreign matter is fully hard such as being made of metal, abnormal abrasion and damage of a mechanism based on contact and a collision of the respective mechanisms and the foreign matter inside of the crusher can be prevented, and durability of a consumable part of abrading in the crusher is enhanced, and economical efficiency is improved by reducing a replacement frequency of the consumable part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
