To provide a transfer tool having a characteristic which allows a transferred part to be easily visualized and then makes the transferred part unnoticeable by vanishing a color.

The transfer tool is provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive 31 as a transfer material changing from a coloring state to a non-coloring state when light under a natural condition is irradiated by containing a photochromic compound which colors when ultraviolet light having a specific wavelength is irradiated but does not color when light under the natural condition is irradiated and a refill 2 as a light-shielding container which stores the transfer material in the coloring state keeping a state protected against visual light and maintains a coloring state of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 31. The refill 2 has a light-shielding connection configured such that a joint of parts mutually arranged on an outer wall can be protected against light from outside.
