PURPOSE: To enable the apparatus to be reduced in size, printed matters to be obtained with reduced occurrence of offset, bleeding and strike-through, a press plate to be improved in its durability, and noise to be kept small.
CONSTITUTION: Printing ink is transferred to a transfer body 15 via stencil printing paper S on the plate cylinder 13, after that. it is transferred and ejected on a body P to be printed supplied from a press cylinder 23. The transfer body 15 is formed of an endless belt having a predetermined length between a plurality of endless belts 43a, 43b and it takes no places. After the body P is printed, excessive printing ink left on the endless belt is eliminated therefrom by a cleaning member 17 and then collected in a recovery plate 19.
