A second core member 5 is overlapped on a first and second terminal mounting portions 12, 13, and both ends are connected to both ends of a first core member 4. The first and second terminal mounting portions 12, 13 have inclined surfaces 125, 135 inclined in the direction of extending the electrical insulation distance in portions affecting the electrical insulation between the first or second core member 4, 5 and terminals 31-38. The first or second core member 4, 5 has inclined surfaces 41, 532 overlapped with the inclined surfaces 125, 135 in portions corresponding to the inclined surfaces 125, 135.
