By restoration force due to the deformation of the compression coil springs 22 and 23, a lifting fixture 1b of the lid assembly 1 is electrically connected to the nut 20 reliably by the restoration force due to the deformation of the compression coil spring 22, and an upper frame 5 of the body assembly 2 is electrically connected to the nut 21 reliably by the restoration force due to the deformation of the compression coil spring 23. By the elastic deformation of the compression coil springs 22 and 23, adjustment work in assembly can be simplified.
