Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer having a high withstand voltage and electrical symmetry.SOLUTION: An inductor 102 is arranged oppositely to an inductor 101 by rotating 180° about the central axis. The inductor 101 has open annular wirings W11-W14 concentric to a wiring layer L4, and intersections 11-13 formed in one of two regions divided by a line passing through the central axis of the inductors 101, 102. The intersections 11-13 have a coupling wiring CW1 formed on a wiring layer L3 and an interlayer wiring VW1, where the wirings W11 and W12 are connected continuously. The inductor 102 has open annular wirings W15-W18 concentric to a wiring layer L1, and intersections 14-16 formed in the other region. The intersections 14-16 have a coupling wiring CW1 formed on a wiring layer L2 and an interlayer wiring VW1. The intersection 14 is connected continuously with the wirings W15 and W16.
