Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a transfusion pharmaceutical which contains a reducing sugar blended in a fat emulsion and excellent in stability in sterilization and preservation.
CONSTITUTION: A transfusion pharmaceutical containing a reducing sugar and further L-histidine and/or tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane as a buffer agent blended in a fat emulsion. The lowering of pH in sterilization and preservation can be suppressed by this invention and free fatty acids can be prevented from increasing. Thereby, the objective transfusion pharmaceutical excellent in safety can be provided.
