CONSTITUTION: A pair of permanent magnets 14 (N-pole), 16 (S-pole) of different polarities are disposed opposite to each other on both opposed surfaces of upper and lower yokes 10, 13 connected to each other on one-end sides in U-shape, and a magnetic circuit is formed on the opposite surfaces by a magnetic field directing from N-pole to S-pole between the permanent magnets.
