Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent material which can be used as a low adhesion material and a molding member.SOLUTION: There is provided a translucent material which comprises a base part 1 composed of a glass-based material and a ceramic layer 2 provided on the upper (surface) of the base part 1 in a layered state. As the base part 1, there can be used soda-lime glass, strengthened glass using aluminosilicate glass, mainly heat-resistant glass using borosilicate glass, quartz glass or the like. The ceramic layer 2 contains nitrogen and a cation of a 4A group element using yttrium oxide (YO) as a base material. When quartz glass is used, an intermediate layer 3 is preferably formed between the base part 1 and the ceramic layer 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
