PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent plate excellent in abrasion resistance, even if a thin ceramic layer in the several nm order is provided on a resin substrate.SOLUTION: There is provided a translucent plate composed of a resin substrate and a ceramic layer provided on the resin substrate.
