Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent plate composed of a resin glass having a ceramic coat having better durability than that of diamond-like carbon (DLC), while securing transparency.SOLUTION: A translucent plate is composed of a resin substrate, a hard coat layer provided on the resin substrate, and a ceramic layer provided on the hard coat layer. The ceramic layer is composed of an amorphous body containing Si, O, H and C, and in the ceramic layer the C content is 30-50 at%, the H content is 10-20 at%, the O content is 15-25 at%, and the Si content is 10-20 at%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
