Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission circuit capable of transmitting data using a plurality of virtual channels within one frame, without increasing a circuit scale.SOLUTION: A transmission circuit of an embodiment comprises an input unit; a frame information generation unit; a frame/packet generation unit; and a data packet generation unit. The input unit receives input information for designating a plurality of virtual channel numbers for allocating data of respective sets to different virtual channels and transmitting the data if frame signals of sets are signals identical in cycle. The frame information generation unit generates frame information on the basis of the frame signals. The frame/packet generation unit sequentially outputs a plurality of frames/packets generated by adding information on the virtual channel numbers to the frame information at timing based on the frame signals, respectively. The data/packet generation unit generates and outputs data packets by combination of a plurality of pieces of data with the virtual channel numbers, respectively.
