Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable the effect of an engine brake to be adjusted, by providing a short-circuiting means for an oil hydraulic closed circuit wherein the short- circuiting means can permit only a stream from an outlet to an inlet with short-circuiting the outlet and the inlet of a hydraulic motor corresponding to a human operation. CONSTITUTION:In an oil hydraulic closed circuit 5, a short-circuiting means 101 comprising a short-circuit passage 102, a switching valve 103 and a check valve 104 is provided between the outlet and the inlet of a hydraulic pump 2, or a low pressure oil passage 5l and a high pressure oil passage 5h. When the switching valve 103 is selected to a left position, oil is not streamed to the short-circuit passage 102 so that big engine brake effect is obtained, and when the valve is selected to a right position, oil is bypassed via the short- circuit passage 102 on decelerating time so that the engine brake effect is reduced.
