Abstract:
To provide a coaxial-to-plane transmission line conversion structure, an adjustment method therefor and a manufacturing method therefor, which can prevent the invasion of an electromagnetic wave from a coaxial transmission line to the dielectric layer of a plane transmission line.SOLUTION: The transmission line conversion structure includes: a signal line 11 of a microstrip transmission line on a substrate constituted by a plurality of layers; a plane transmission line which includes a first ground 12 and a second ground 13, which are grounding conductor grounds of the microstrip transmission line, in order; and a coaxial dielectric 32 which includes a center conductor 31 and an external conductor 32. The second ground 13 is provided on either layer of the rear face of a substrate on the opposite side of the surface having the signal line 11 or on the rear face side of the substrate from the first ground 12. The signal line is connected to the center conductor, and the first ground and the second ground are connected to the external conductor. A first via 10 which connects the first ground and the second ground is installed on the side of the coaxial transmission line of the dielectric layer between the first ground and the second ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
