Abstract:
To reduce the variation in contact state of a conductive-joining layer in a transmission line arranged by joining a dielectric waveguide and a wave guide by the conductive-joining layer.SOLUTION: A transmission line (1) comprises a dielectric waveguide (post wall waveguide 11), a wave guide (21), and a conductive-joining layer (silver paste 31). The conductive-joining layer (silver paste 31) includes: a main region (32) interposed between a third conductive layer (short wall 23) and a first conductive layer (conductive layer 13); and a sub-region (33) interposed between the third conductive layer (short wall 23) and a pair of sub-parts (substrate 12), and not overlapping with any of the first conductive layer (conductive layer 13) and a second conductive layer (conductive layer 14).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
