Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line capable of suppressing the insertion loss due to the skin depth, and to provide a value-added transmission line utilizing this properties.SOLUTION: A transmission line is constituted of a conductor layer A having a positive permeability, and a conductor layer B having a negative permeability. The thicknesses of the layer A and layer B are set so that the magnetic fluxes of adjoining layers are diminished (cancelled). Since the flux density is distributed by the distance from the position of center, such that the flux density is small in the center and increases toward the outside, cancellation effect of the magnetic flux can be increased by making the layer thicker toward the center and thinner toward the outside. An evaluation index, such as the loss rate Loss, is calculated when the thickness is changed so that the ratio of a material of higher resistivity is decreased after the thickness of each layer was set temporarily, and the thickness of each layer, where the evaluation index is in a suitable range, is determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
