Title:
TRANSMISSION LINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010226552
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To suppress a resonance phenomenon which may be generated when an interval between buried ground wires 15 is 1/4 of the wavelength of a high frequency transmitted through a signal wire 10.

A transmission line includes a dielectric substrate 21 having a surface and a back surface which are opposed to each other, a signal line 10 arranged on the surface of the dielectric substrate to transmit a high frequency, a surface ground electrode 11 arranged on the surface of the dielectric substrate and insulated from the signal line 10, through-signal wires 12 pierced through the both sides of the dielectric substrate 21 and connected to the signal line 10, a back ground electrode 14 arranged on the back surface of the dielectric substrate 21, and a plurality of buried ground wires 15a to 15g buried in the dielectric substrate 21 and arranged like circular arcs at an equal interval around the through signal wires 12. Respective buried ground wires 15a to 15g are connected at least to either one of the surface ground electrode 11 and the back ground electrode 14 and the plurality of buried ground wires 15a to 15g are arranged at an interval less than 1/4 of the wavelength of the high frequency.
