Abstract:
To provide a gearshift lock formed compactly and consisting of few components, and a motorcycle having the gearshift lock.SOLUTION: A gearshift lock 30 includes a rotatably positioned locking pawl, and the locking pawl engages with a toothing 19 of a locking gear 15 in a locked position, and is disengaged from the locking gear in a freewheeling position. The locking pawl is pretensioned by a spring element 16 in a direction of the locked position, and an engagement element 12 is connected to the locking pawl. When a shift roller 2 takes a rotational position in a freewheeling rotational range, the engagement element holds the locking pawl in the freewheeling position against the effect of the spring element by cooperation with the shift roller. When the shift roller takes a rotational position in a locked rotational range, the locking pawl can be released from the shift roller into a locked position by the engagement element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
