PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable users of transmission terminals to easily register their information on destination lists of two transmission terminals being registered on the destination lists of the transmission terminals while being participated in a session.SOLUTION: A transmission management device comprises: a first notification part for notifying a first transmission terminal being participated in a session about terminal information of a registered terminal that has been registered on a destination list of the first transmission terminal, among transmission terminals being participated in the session; a second notification part for notifying the first transmission terminal about terminal information of a non-registered terminal that has not been registered on a destination list of a second transmission terminal, among transmission terminals being registered on the destination list of the first transmission terminals, when information of the second transmission terminal that is selected from among the registered terminals is received from the first transmission terminal; and a registration control part for controlling the registration of information onto destination lists of the second and third transmission terminals when information of a third transmission terminal that is selected from among non-registered terminals, is received from the first transmission terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
