Abstract:
To provide a transmission mechanism and a use method performing control or adjustment movement between members by incorporating eddy current drag elements.SOLUTION: A transmission mechanism includes: at least one driving member; at least one driven member, that is, at least one driven member in which movement of the at least one driven member is urged by transmission of movement from the at least one driving member; and a plurality of drag force induction elements moving at different relative speeds, and including at least one electrical conductor and at least one magnet. Each of the plurality of elements is coupled with the transmission mechanism in a manner of allowing the plurality of elements to interact on movement and generate eddy current drag forces, thereby the plurality of elements act to control speed of movement between the driving member and the driven member. The electrical conductor can be axially driven forward or backward to apply or cancel eddy current braking effect.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
