Abstract:

To utilize an interference suppression effect obtained from a "Down" command of a non-serving cell even in the case of a hysteresis state.

In this transmission rate control method, when receiving the "Down" command instructing the reduction of the transmission rate of an uplink from the non-serving cell, the user equipment UE does not obey the other "Down" command transmitted from the non-serving cell for a prescribed period.
