PURPOSE: To obtain such a system which can reproduce a radar video signal equally to the case wherein said signal is transmitted as it is and by which the frequency band width of the signal is narrowed by forming the equivalent waveform which is extended in time from the waveform of a sweep time integration signal in a sweep period and transmitting the same.

CONSTITUTION: The radar video signal (a) inputted from an input terminal 1 is converted from an analog signal to a digital signal of multiple values at every specified equantization distance by an A/D conversion circuit 5 and is fed to a sweep time integration circuit 6. The circuit 6 subjects the digital signals of multiple values to n-times of sweep time integration. The signal subjected to the sweep time integration is fed to a buffer memory circuit 7. The circuit 7 extracts only the one system within a required ovservation range for each of n- sweep periods, stores temporarily the same, reads out the stored signal successively from the signals of near distances this time with the rate lower than the real time rate and outputs the same. The signal read out at the low rate is fed to a D/A conversion circuit 8, by which the digital signal is converted to an analog signal, and a video signal (c) of a low speed is formed. Said signal is fed to a mixing circuit 9.
