Abstract:
To properly fit a sleeve tooth part and a gear tooth part to each other, and to reduce wear.SOLUTION: A transmission 10 has: a drive mechanism 15 for moving sleeves 51, 52 and 53 to a rotation axis Xa direction by imparting drive forces to the sleeves, and switching the engagement and release of a sleeve tooth part 56 and a gear tooth part 26; and a drive control part 96 for controlling the movement of the sleeves 51, 52 and 53 to the rotation axis Xa direction by the control of the drive forces imparted to the sleeves 51, 52 and 53 by the drive mechanism 15. When a collision of the sleeve tooth part 56 and the gear tooth part 26 is detected by a collision detection part 94 when moving the sleeves to sides of transmission gears 21, 22 and 23, the drive control part 96 moves the sleeves 51, 52 and 53 to the sides of the transmission gears 21, 22 and 23 once again after moving the sleeves 51, 52 and 53 to a direction in which the sleeves are separated from the transmission gears 21, 22 and 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
